We are looking to hire a highly skilled and motivated Semiconductor Device Engineer to join our team. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of process technology, integration, and the operation of semiconductor device structures. The successful candidate will be instrumental in optimising device performance and ensuring product reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with foundry teams to understand and optimise manufacturing flows.
- Develop and refine semiconductor structures for the company's products.
- Analyse and optimise device operation and manufacturing processes to achieve superior performance.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in semiconductor physics and technology.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports.
Qualifications And Skills
- Education: Bachelor’ Master’ or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor device engineering.
- Proven expertise in process technology, semiconductor integration, and device structure operation.
- Experience with advanced process technologies (e.g., sub 10nm).
- MEMS modeling
- Yield Analysis capability
- New Product to Foundry experience
