Responsibilities
- Drive test planning, development and execution, taking ownership of prototype and production characterisation and qualification testing.
- Troubleshoot complex integrated circuit test issues, identify root cause and implement corrective actions
- Continuous development of the test system to meet the needs of the design team as test complexity grows.
- Work closely with cross-functional design teams and external contractors to ensure smooth execution of test plans and resolution of issues
- Develop custom test fixtures and interface boards
- Design and Develop test plans
- Develop and maintain accurate records of test results, creating necessary databases and technical reports
- Ensure test equipment is maintained and calibrated
Skills
- Masters or PhD in Engineering, Physics or other technical subject
- Strong problem solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Able to develop complex test systems that are fit-for-purpose
- Preferably familiar with Python and C++
- Proficiency with a variety of test equipment, including oscilloscopes, logic analysers, SMUs, and other bench equipment
- Experience in automating test systems
